Skill Development

Supporting the Government mandate of promoting skill India, we at MRC are actively associated with campaigns aimed at providing free and compulsory skill development training to poor children in villages. MRC’s skill development activities have exposed a number of socially and economically deprived children to integrated vocational training and employment skills. This is done to enable them to earn for a sustainable livelihood.

Our company has contributed towards escalating the skill development initiatives by funding skill development training and activities, professional counseling, generating awareness and enrolling them in skilling courses at the regional centers.

Core principles behind CSR at MRC

• Under social responsibility, all corporate organizations have an important role to play in achieving the agendas for national skill India. Apart from fulfilling the demand of employing a skilled and experienced workforce, we are obliged to address a larger section of the community by engaging them into skill-trainings and development activities.
• To facilitate rural livelihoods by creating work opportunities in the regional and nearby locations. It helps the youth in rural to acknowledge better-living aspects which s/he can make others in the community learn as well.
