Public-Private Partnership also known as PPP model, is a collaborative model wherein the private firm and the government join hands over mega projects. The contribution from the private corporation could be in terms of consultancy, management, maintenance, leasing, investment, funding, owning, and operating.

PPP has proven to be a great model for the public sectors for the following reasons:

time is money and abiding by the principle, private firms deliver in time to save on the public sector's resources

private entity invests in the government projects, hence relieving the public sector with major financial liabilities plus ensures heavy premium earning

In the last two decades, PPP model has gained momentum as a progressive model for civil development as major national and international private corporations have shown a higher inclination and joined hands with the government.

Projects under Public Private Partnership

Under the great leadership and strategic vision of Mr. Mukesh Ranjan, MRC entered the PPP model and collaborated with the State Government of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh following the various models under PPP. This collaboration resulted in many successful projects wherein the public buildings have been developed on international standards and facilitated with the world-class amenities. State government witnessed great benefits in terms of quality delivery, timely submissions, financial management and smooth operations with MRC being on board and our relentless efforts towards developing the futuristic public buildings were acknowledged and praised by the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Jai Ram Thakur Ji, at the launch of Modern Bus terminal, Una (Himachal Pradesh).
